Shipping policy

Delivery

• We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
• 1 pack: £1.99 standard delivery.
• 2 or more packs: FREE delivery.
• Orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days after dispatch with Royal Mail.
• You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Lost or late parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email hello@joil.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it. If it's lost in the post, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address?
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before dispatch, but can't guarantee changes once your order has shipped.
