1. Who we are

2. These terms
These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies.

3. Our products
Joil is a plant-based cooking oil solidifier for household use. Please follow the instructions on the pack.

  • Joil is not food. Do not eat the powder or the set oil.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Never add Joil to oil on the heat or to smoking oil. Remove the pan from the hob first.
  • Dispose of set oil in general waste, not in drains or toilets.

Product images are for illustration. Results such as the time to set and the firmness of the set oil can vary with the type, amount and temperature of oil.

4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we can't deliver to your address. If so, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before dispatching.

6. Promotions
Bundle and multi-buy prices apply only as shown on the website at the time of order and can't be combined with other offers unless we say so.

7. Delivery and returns
Delivery and returns are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. The products are your responsibility once delivered.

8. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses caused by not following the product instructions or safety guidance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Content and intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Joil name, logo, images, videos and text, belongs to House of Mahabbah Ltd. Please don't copy or reuse it without permission. Sharing our social posts is welcome.

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
