How it works:

1. Finish frying — keep oil hot above 75°C

2. Sprinkle Fry Block powder directly into the hot oil (10g per litre)

3. Stir for 30 seconds and leave to cool

4. Lift out the solid block, bag it, and put it in your trade waste bin
